What you’ll do
- Ensure availability of partners and secondary agents in geography
- Manage and take reporting from mapped Jio Digital Repair Specialist
- Co-ordinate with business teams for Air Fiber business
- Visit General Trade partners
- Conduct sample audits for installations
- Happy calling to customers for feedback
- Ensure quality of partners and partners onboarding
- Ensure timely attending surveillance tickets
- Ensuring timely closure of surveillance tickets
- Impart training to secondary agents for Ready for Role
- Hand-hold Fiber engineers
- Monitor engineer`s productivity
What you’ll bring
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Graduation (Science stream preferred)
