About the role

Sr Credit Analyst – SME at MSME Business in Pune is responsible for evaluating and approving credit proposals, reviewing delinquent accounts, and monitoring non‑performing assets. The role requires a graduate degree and 1–5 years of credit analysis experience, with a strong understanding of policy, risk management, and system integration. The analyst will conduct customer visits, identify process gaps, recommend policy changes, and implement internal controls to mitigate risk. Proficiency in stakeholder management, data analysis, and communication is essential. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Pune, and offers opportunities to contribute to the organization’s credit strategy and risk framework.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate and approve credit proposals per delegation authority.
• Review delinquent cases, document lessons for risk management.
• Recommend policy/process changes based on local insights.
• Implement system integration plans.
• Monitor NPA and track performance.
• Conduct customer visits for PD.
• Identify process gaps and potential risks.
• Propose internal controls and ensure implementation.
