Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

The company seeks a Pre-Sales Engineer to design and position enterprise-grade Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, and Hybrid Workplace solutions using HP Poly and PeopleLink technologies. The role involves collaborating with sales teams and customers to deliver technical demonstrations, manage proposals, and ensure interoperability with major platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. This full-time position is based in Mumbai or New Delhi, India.

What you’ll do

• Design solution architectures, BOMs, and technical proposals for UC and AV systems
• Conduct customer discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and executive briefings
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with technical compliance documents
• Support large enterprise, government, education, healthcare, and BFSI customers
• Engage with OEM partners and maintain product certifications
• Troubleshoot interoperability challenges in multi-vendor environments

What you’ll bring

• Expertise in HP Poly and PeopleLink collaboration solutions
• Strong knowledge of Unified Communications and AV technologies
• Ability to design end-to-end video conferencing and hybrid workplace solutions
• Experience with RFP/RFI response management and proposal creation
• Proficiency in SIP/H.323 protocols and network fundamentals
• Excellent presentation and customer-facing communication skills
