About the role

Customer Service Assistant at Mouser Electronics supports the customer service team by accurately entering and retrieving data, generating reports, and providing chat support in local language. The role ensures high quality and timely processing of international orders, maintains records, and assists with complex requests. Bengaluru, Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do

• Accurately enter and retrieve data using custom and standard software
• Generate and proof data reports, reviewing discrepancies
• Maintain and organize records, faxes, mail, and e‑mail
• Provide chat support in local language and other required languages
• Assist local Customer Service teams with complex or uncommon requests
• Ensure timely processing of international orders with multiple currencies
• Promote high standards of quality and service excellence
• Meet daily productivity objectives while maintaining quality

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Proficiency with data entry and spreadsheet tools
• Experience with customer service or data entry roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
