About the role
Technical Consultant on AHEAD’s Enterprise Service Management team, focused on ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and integrations. Designs, implements, and optimizes CMDB architecture, manages Discovery, and builds REST/SOAP/MID Server integrations to ensure data accuracy and governance. Works in Gurugram, Haryana, India, with a remote work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement CMDB architecture
- Manage ServiceNow Discovery
- Build and maintain integrations
- Define CMDB data models and reconciliation rules
- Perform CMDB health checks and audits
- Develop custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs)
- Troubleshoot Discovery and integration issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements
