About the role

The Branch Sales Manager leads a team of ROs and RMs to acquire customers, manage developer and channel relationships, and drive profitability through cross‑selling insurance, balance transfer and top‑up loans. Role involves coaching staff, ensuring compliance with RBI/NHB guidelines, and optimizing loan processing efficiency. Positions based in Solapur, Jalgaon, Raipur and Nagpur, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Lead branch sales operations and achieve monthly/annual targets
• Manage and develop a team of ROs/RMs through training and performance coaching
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and conduct audits
• Drive cross‑selling of insurance, balance transfer and top‑up loans
• Oversee lead management and CRM utilization for sales tracking

What you’ll bring

• Graduation in any discipline
• 4+ years sales experience in home loans
• 2+ years team management experience
• Knowledge of home loan regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office
