About the role

PFS Investment Partners, a BlackRock credit-focused alternative investment manager, builds innovative capital solutions across the capital structure. As a Vice President you will lead fundamental credit research, develop investment theses, and create financial models for public high‑yield, leveraged loan and long/short credit strategies. Mumbai office, hybrid model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

What you’ll do

• Conduct fundamental credit research across corporate capital structures
• Analyze economic, competitive and political drivers affecting borrower credit quality
• Generate trade ideas and participate in relative value and structuring discussions
• Interact with management teams, industry sources, and sell‑side analysts
• Develop long‑term investment theses and detailed financial models
• Communicate credit opinions and recommendations to portfolio managers and committees

What you’ll bring

• 7-10 years credit/financial statement analysis experience
• Sector‑agnostic credit research experience
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
• Familiarity with bond and loan covenants
• Strong written and verbal communication
