About the role

Growth Intelligence & Insights and Sales Intelligence Team at Wipfli India delivers foundational reporting, data preparation, and dashboard updates to support sales intelligence operations. The Analyst prioritizes analytics requests, maintains and enhances sales dashboards, collaborates on data accuracy, and translates complex data into clear visualizations for stakeholders. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule as defined by team needs.

What you’ll do

• Assist with request intake and prioritization of analytics requests from cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance operational sales reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with Senior Analyst to ensure data accuracy and validation
• Execute sales data extraction and transformation processes
• Translate data into clear visualizations and reports for non-technical audiences
• Support cross-functional teams as a bridge between data and sales stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science or related field
• 2-4 years data analytics or sales intelligence experience
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills
• Python for data manipulation
• Experience with data warehouse and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with CRM platforms
