About the role

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Adobe Target implementations for global clients. The role involves campaign optimization, defining test goals, and leveraging JavaScript frameworks to drive business transformation. This client-facing position is based in Noida, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead Adobe Target implementations for clients
• Define test goals, ROI, and tracking metrics for campaigns
• Optimize campaigns using JavaScript and DOM technologies
• Manage tag implementations using tools like Adobe Launch
• Collaborate with teams to solve complex business challenges
• Present solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Apply deep industry knowledge to tailor growth solutions
• Maintain professional standards and drive customer success

What you’ll bring

• 7-8 years of overall experience as a client-facing consultant
• Experience working in Adobe Target implementations
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

• Strong exposure to campaign optimization, ROI, and tracking metrics
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, and Web services/APIs
• Experience with SPA frameworks like Angular or ReactJS
• Knowledge of JSON, DOM manipulation, and page load events
• Familiarity with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch
• Understanding of UI/UX, Mobile, and W3C recommendations
• Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services)
• Solid understanding of general business models and strategies
