Enterprise Data & AI Enablement Office at Intel drives the strategic roadmap for data foundations and AI capabilities across the company. The Senior Director leads cross‑functional teams to define data architecture, governance, and AI‑ready platforms while partnering with the VP of AI and senior executives. What you’ll do

• Define and execute enterprise data and AI enablement roadmaps
• Oversee data strategy, architecture, ingestion, and engineering at scale
• Lead data quality, governance, and literacy initiatives
• Partner with AI/ML teams to enable advanced analytics
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with senior leadership
• Manage high‑performing data teams and vendor relationships
• Shape semantic layers, ontologies, and knowledge products
• Ensure compliance and regulatory data standards

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years progressive data leadership
• 5+ years executive experience
• Expertise with large‑scale data platforms
• Hands‑on ECC to S/4HANA migrations
• Deep knowledge of data architecture and lakehouse technologies
• Experience building AI‑ready data foundations
• Proven ability to influence C‑suite on data strategy
• Managed multi‑million dollar budgets
