About the role

Regeneron Clinical Data Management Leadership team drives the global vision for clinical data operations. The Senior Director shapes regional strategy, builds high‑performing teams, oversees data pipelines, vendor performance and AI‑enabled automation. Hyderabad, hybrid work model, up to 25% travel.

What you’ll do

• Build and lead regional Clinical Data Management organization
• Act as R&D Lead for Global Capability Centre
• Define metrics and quality indicators for compliance
• Oversee service providers and external data vendors
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency
• Advance automation and AI solutions for data access
• Shape organization design, evaluate resource needs, hire and develop talent

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years clinical data management experience
• 10+ years functional leadership
• 8+ years people management
• Lead teams of 50‑150 globally
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, ICH‑GCP, GxP, GDPR
• Expertise with EDC, eSource, eCOA, IRT platforms
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
