About the role
Franchisee Development team drives growth of franchise and SBP partners for Express Logistics. The Senior Executive leads sourcing, onboarding, training and performance management of franchisees, coordinating with regional business managers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the North Region. Based in Haryana, India, on-site work model with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Source, identify and onboard new franchise partners
- Train and coach franchisees and SBPs
- Monitor and evaluate franchise performance regularly
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and franchisees
- Coordinate with regional managers to align objectives
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years franchise development experience
- MBA preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Project planning and management expertise
- Stakeholder coordination across business development, sales, and operations
Education
Bachelor's Degree
