About the role

Operations - Supply Chain and Logistics team at P & O focuses on expanding franchise partnerships across the Western region. The Senior Executive drives lead sourcing, onboarding, training and performance management of franchisees/SBP, coordinating with internal business development and sales teams to ensure compliance and growth. Mumbai, On-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Support lead sourcing, identification, selection and onboarding of franchises
• Train and inspire new franchisees/SBP
• Develop franchising opportunities and provide continuous support
• Plan and manage franchisee performance and compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet performance objectives

What you’ll bring

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with deep understanding of franchisee business
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in franchisee development
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
