What you’ll do

• Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems and circuits
• Lead post‑silicon bring‑up and validation of mixed‑signal PHYs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, board, and ATE groups
• Develop and execute test strategies for high‑speed links and memory interfaces
• Utilize lab measurement equipment to assess performance and reliability
• Mentor and manage a validation team to ensure project milestones are met

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 8+ years experience
• Master's degree with 7+ years experience
• PhD with 6+ years experience
• 12‑16 years total hardware engineering experience
• Managerial experience leading a team
• Post‑silicon bring‑up and validation for mixed‑signal PHYs
• Experience with high‑speed DDR PHY and SerDes
• Proficiency with lab instruments such as Oscilloscope and BERT
