About the role
RF Validation Team at NXP Semiconductors focuses on ensuring RF block performance meets system KPIs for connectivity products. The engineer leads validation of transceiver blocks, drives ATE and bench correlation, and partners with design and architecture teams to debug and sign‑off silicon readiness. Pune, on-site, Full-time role with senior responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Oversee validation of RF transceiver blocks such as PA, PPA, Mixer, LNA, ADC
- Develop robust test plans, coverage models, and sign‑off criteria
- Own validation readiness for tape‑out, risk production, and mass production
- Set goals, KPIs, and execution frameworks for validation programs
- Collaborate closely with Design & Architecture teams and provide updates to senior leadership
What you’ll bring
- 6-10 years semiconductor validation experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
- Hands‑on with RF lab equipment (Spectrum analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope)
- Experience with test automation and ATE
- Ability to analyze and summarize test results for IP design teams
