What you’ll do

• Translate business strategy into people and organization priorities
• Design and implement organization structures, roles, and decision rights
• Coach senior leaders and leadership teams to improve effectiveness
• Analyze employee listening and people data to drive cultural and performance improvements
• Own end‑to‑end talent and workforce initiatives with minimal oversight

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 7+ years HR Business Partner experience
• Deep expertise in talent management, leadership effectiveness, and organization design
• Experience partnering across multiple countries or regional portfolio
• Strong business acumen, data analysis, and strategic consulting skills
