About the role

Amgen’s Clinical Supply Chain team drives the design and setup of global clinical supply chains. As a Sr Associate, you will gather information from R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Site Supply Chain and Master Data stakeholders to execute key deliverables, manage SAP master data requests, and coordinate clinical artwork and product specification files. You’ll report to the Manager Clinical Supply Chain – Change Management and work onsite in Hyderabad, ensuring compliant, right‑first‑time processes and transparent status reporting.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze stakeholder information
• Manage SAP master data requests for product materials, BOM, study attributes
• Coordinate clinical artwork creation and prioritization
• Maintain Product Specification Files and depot plans
• Track and report metrics to Global Setup Lead team
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with GxP, ICH, and Clinical Trial Directive guidelines

What you’ll bring

• 5 years experience in logistics, business administration or life science
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
• International regulated environment experience
• Fundamental logistics/supply chain knowledge (BOM)
• Project management techniques
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Fluency in English
