Sr Associate Clinical Supply Chain

About the role

Clinical Supply Chain team at Amgen focuses on ensuring seamless supply of Non-Amgen Medicinal Products (NAMP) for global clinical trials. The Sr Associate plans and executes NAMP procurement, manages purchase orders, coordinates with suppliers, and maintains ERP and documentation systems. Based in Hyderabad, the role requires on-site presence with occasional travel to support global study timelines.

What you’ll do

• Support NAMP setup and day‑to‑day supply chain operations
• Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions
• Coordinate supplier communication, order follow‑up, and invoice resolution
• Maintain ERP data and master records
• Manage documentation in Veeva Vault, PLM, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
• Track operational activities and report on compliance
• Escalate supply or delivery issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years supply chain, logistics, or operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of procurement platforms such as Ariba/MyBuy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English
