The Senior Deal Desk Analyst validates contracts, aligns Salesforce and DealHub data, and hands off deals to Billing while coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Finance. Bengaluru, India, on-site role supporting fast‑paced sales cycles and complex SaaS agreements.
What you’ll do
- Review non‑standard contract clauses and coordinate redlines with Legal and Sales
- Validate commercial terms, Salesforce data accuracy, and DealHub quote alignment
- Hand over executed deals to Billing with complete documentation
- Track pending deal closures and flag blockers
- Own end‑to‑end paperwork for contract renewals and amendments
- Maintain renewal timelines and follow up with Sales
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years Deal Desk or Revenue Operations experience
- Hands‑on Salesforce CRM
- Experience with CPQ/DealHub
- High attention to detail
- Strong cross‑functional communication
- Ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environment
