About the role

Risk Management team at Bajaj Finance Limited oversees policy-based, data-driven risk decisions. The Unit Manager ensures monthly policy updates across BFL businesses, uploads documents to the product program portal, obtains stakeholder sign‑offs, and drives portal enhancements with IT. Works cross‑functionally on data reconciliation, financial analysis, and reporting, based in Pune, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Update and maintain policy documents monthly
• Upload policies to product program portal and secure stakeholder sign‑offs
• Collaborate with IT to implement portal functionality improvements
• Conduct user story discussions, UAT, and deliver enhancements
• Prepare and present monthly reports and dashboards to SMT
• Act as central liaison between risk and IT teams

What you’ll bring

CA/MBA Finance or equivalent postgraduate degree

Nice to have

• 5-6 years risk assessment experience
• Experience in lending business operations
• Data analysis and loss calculation expertise
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Project coordination across departments
