About the role
Birlasoft Delivery Team needs an Associate Scrum Master to drive agile delivery for large-scale Java and microservices projects. The role oversees sprint planning, release and change management, and coordinates a 30‑50 member team across development and QA. Based in Hyderabad office with on-site work model, the position offers relocation assistance and requires Scrum certification.

- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements

- 15+ years IT experience
- 8-10 years project management
- 10-15 years Java/J2EE
- 6-8 years Spring/Struts
- Experience with microservices and cloud
- Scrum certified
- Managed teams of 30-50 members
- Handled $2-5M projects
