About the role

Northgate Information Solutions' Agile Delivery team drives robust software delivery across diverse industry verticals. The Associate Scrum Master leads a 7+ member scrum team, coaching Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a safe, high‑performance environment while coordinating with UK clients and onshore‑offshore stakeholders. Mumbai, Hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile processes
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Coach team on Scrum maturity and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Product Owner, QA, and stakeholders to align goals
• Maintain transparent communication of progress and issues
• Support onshore‑offshore collaboration and commercial awareness
• Promote a trusting, safe environment for problem‑solving

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years industry experience
• 3+ years Scrum Master experience
• Managed scrum teams of 7+ members
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience with onshore-offshore model
• Commercial awareness in revenue recognition
• Worked with UK clients (preferred)
