What you’ll do

  • Set technical direction and drive execution across multiple engineering teams
  • Ensure architectural design, security, resilience, and code quality of platforms
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and customers to align on problem solving
  • Lead incident response, on‑call leadership, and observability initiatives
  • Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career growth of direct reports
  • Promote engineering best practices and improve delivery predictability

What you’ll bring

  • 9+ years software engineering experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

  • Proven experience delivering production software in Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, etc.
  • 3+ years leading engineering teams building complex infrastructure or platform systems
  • Experience with large‑scale CI/CD, monorepo environments, and reliability engineering
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to hire, coach, and develop engineers
