• Conduct quality audits of content moderation workflows
• Enforce policy guidelines and provide timely quality insights
• Analyze data trends using Excel/Google Sheets to identify improvement areas
• Coach and provide feedback to analysts to enhance performance
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues
• Maintain knowledge of client policies and service level agreements
