Trust & Safety team at Accenture ensures internet safety by auditing content and evaluating AI-generated material. The Senior Analyst conducts quality audits, enforces policy guidelines, and provides insights to improve AI systems and content moderation processes. Hyderabad, on-site, Full-time role with exposure to sensitive content and emphasis on resilience and detail orientation.

What you’ll do

• Assess analyst performance
• Meet volume and quality targets
• Develop client knowledge
• Participate in calibration sessions
• Handle escalations
• Identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Track incidents for timely resolution
• Deliver feedback and coaching

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience
• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication
• Data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
