About the role
Senior Associate on Kroll Agency and Trustee Services, driving end‑to‑end KYC ownership for US funds and complex client structures. Day‑to‑day duties include onboarding, periodic refresh, transaction‑level KYC, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination with FCC and MLRO teams. Based in Bangalore, India, the role is on‑site with 6 PM–3 AM IST shift support for global stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Own KYC onboarding, refresh, transaction‑level KYC
- Review and validate KYC data
- Conduct risk assessments
- Manage sanctions/PEP screenings
- Coordinate with FCC/MLRO
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Lead KYC analysts
- Prepare MIS reports
