About the role
Kroll Agency and Trustee Services seeks a Senior Associate to lead KYC operations for global loan and bond markets in Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end ownership of client onboarding, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance while mentoring analysts. This is an on-site position requiring US shift hours.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end KYC onboarding, refresh, and transaction-level verification for US funds and entities
- Conduct customer risk assessments and approve risk classifications
- Oversee sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screenings
- Lead, mentor, and develop KYC analysts and senior analysts
- Manage monthly MIS and management reporting
- Serve as key point of contact for MLRO and FCC teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for KYC frameworks
- Ensure audit-ready records and zero-tolerance quality standards
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 6–10+ years of experience in KYC/AML operations
- Proven leadership responsibility managing teams
- Hands-on experience in KYC onboarding and periodic reviews
- Experience supporting US region KYC processes
