About the role

Clinical Operations team ensures seamless financial support for study sites. The Site Payment Specialist configures payment systems, reviews contracts, and resolves payment issues across global trials. Remote work from India, collaborating with investigators and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Configure and maintain payment system setups for clinical trial sites
• Review agreements, budgets, and amendments to extract payment details
• Coordinate with investigators and internal teams to define payment requirements
• Validate and upload budget configuration templates
• Track documentation, resolve issues, and support process improvements
• Participate in study team meetings to provide payment setup updates

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years in clinical operations, payments, contracts, finance or project support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and terminology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
