About the role

Functional Services Provider (FSP) team at Premier Research supports biotech, medtech and specialty pharma sponsors by managing site finance activities for clinical trials. The Associate Site Payment Specialist reviews and configures payment terms, extracts data into the payment system, ensures accurate site setup and resolves issues while meeting SLA timelines. Remote, India, 1:30 PM–9:30 PM IST, immediate start, 6‑month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do

  • Review and interpret payment terms in clinical site contracts
  • Configure payment requirements and populate payment system templates
  • Validate site setup in payment system for errors
  • Escalate ambiguous payment information to contract negotiator
  • Collaborate with business partners and ensure SLA compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, technical, clinical or health-related field or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in global site finance or clinical trial finance
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
