About the role

Clinical Research Operations team supports global clinical trials by managing site payment workflows and ensuring financial accuracy. The Site Payment Associate coordinates payment activities, resolves discrepancies, and maintains records while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Remote, India, with flexible work arrangement.

What you’ll do

• Manage and process site payments for clinical trial sites
• Validate payment documentation and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on payment inquiries
• Maintain accurate payment records and ensure compliance with protocols
• Monitor payment workflows and suggest process improvements
• Communicate payment status to project teams and site representatives
• Assist with reporting and operational tracking of payment activities

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Life Sciences or related field
• Experience in administrative or financial operations, preferably in clinical research
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems
