What you’ll do

• Support performance and effectiveness of the team for complex commercial real estate loans
• Review and prepare loan-related documents independently
• Provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to the Commercial Loan Closing team
• Lead implementation of new or revised processes requiring cross-group coordination
• Present ideas for improving processes and tools within Commercial Loan Closing

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience or equivalent
• Experience in Loan Documents, Pre/Post closing, or mortgage servicing
• Ability to leverage AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot for routine tasks
• Critical thinking to interpret AI outputs and validate insights
• Understanding of ethical considerations and data privacy in AI use
