Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative

What you’ll do
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced representatives
- Research, respond to and resolve complex inquiries
- Coordinate and reconcile loan advances and payments with member banks and customers
- Support loan trading and assignments
- Prioritize work and lead the support team
- Lead customer issue resolutions requiring cross‑team coordination
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues
- Interact with internal customers
- Exercise independent judgment on policies and compliance

6+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience
