About the role

Equifax Analytics team builds robust data and credit solutions. As a Quality Engineer you will develop test strategies, automate test suites, and ensure product quality across cloud platforms. Pune, India, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Develop test strategies and automate tests using frameworks
• Create test harnesses and infrastructure as needed
• Execute test plans, document defects and retest resolutions
• Monitor product development for quality metrics
• Collaborate with product owners and test leads on specifications
• Integrate test automation into CI pipelines
• Perform performance and resilience testing to meet SLAs

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent
• 2-5 years software testing experience
• Create automated tests from functional and non‑functional requirements
• Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools
• Proficient with Cucumber and Selenium testing tools
• Use JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation
• Cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Cloud certification strongly preferred
