IT Expert Senior

About the role

Computacenter’s Professional Services Group is hiring an IT Expert Senior to deliver post-sales technical consultancy and lead implementation of large-scale Microsoft 365 workplace solutions. Day-to-day work includes solution design, technical leadership, configuration of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform, plus driving security adoption with Defender, Purview, and compliance tools. Based in Bengaluru, India, this role supports enterprise-scale M365 transformations, migrations, integrations, and automations within a global IT consulting practice.

What you’ll do

• Deliver post-sales technical consultancy and lead implementation and configuration of complex, large-scale M365 solutions
• Contribute to solution design, act as a technical lead, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and Computacenter’s service standards
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Provide expert technical guidance for M365 services and manage hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud)
• Deliver technical workshops to clients
• Deliver technical designs including high-level and low-level design
• Deliver technical documentation such as design specs, test plans, and migration strategies as agreed project deliverables
• Collaborate with consultants and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions
• Strong knowledge of IAM, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft endpoint solutions
• Strong consulting expertise in M365, Intune, SCCM, Nexthink, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and M365 Security stacks
• Experience with migration tools such as Quest, AvePoint, BitTitan, Sharegate, and native Microsoft tools
• Ability to deliver post-sales technical consultancy and lead implementation and configuration of complex, large-scale M365 solutions
• Ability to contribute to solution design, act as a technical lead, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and service standards
• Ability to design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Ability to manage hybrid environments spanning on-premises and cloud
