About the role
Senior Integration Expert / Sr. Power Supply Expert leads end‑to‑end integration of metro rail systems, ensuring seamless coordination among signaling, rolling stock, power supply, communications, platform doors, and SCADA. Oversees interface management, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting, while preparing detailed integration plans, test scripts, and reports. Provides training to O&M teams and drives continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement integration strategies for metro systems
- Identify and manage technical interfaces between subsystems
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Plan and supervise integration testing and site acceptance tests
- Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ensure interface compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Prepare integration plans, test scripts, protocols, and reports
- Support O&M training on integrated operations
- Recommend process improvements for efficient integration
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
What you’ll bring
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering
- 20+ years in railways or related industry
- 5+ years in urban rail passenger systems
