About the role

What you’ll do
- Prepare change orders, item creation, and PCB/system schematic drawings
- Guide junior engineers and coordinate project delivery
- Work closely with mechanical team to provide electrical inputs
- Communicate with US/EMEA offering management and engineering teams
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years of experience in control panel system design
- Hands‑on knowledge of AutoCAD, Creo, Visio, or Mentor Graphics
- Ability to design PCB schematics and select components
- Experience with wiring harness and CAD drafting standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
