What you’ll do
- Own and manage medium-sized programs across Amazon Now's dark store network
- Develop and execute project plans with cross‑functional teams
- Track tasks, deliverables, and milestones, providing status updates to leadership
- Design and implement system‑driven payment mechanisms and automation tools
- Define SOPs, exception handling, and escalation frameworks
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years program or project management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA)
