About the role
ServiceNow Implementation Team at LTM LIMITED builds and customizes ServiceNow Sales and Order Management solutions for enterprise clients. The role designs, configures, and integrates ServiceNow SOM modules, conducts workshops, creates documentation, and provides post‑implementation training and support. Hyderabad and Pune locations, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Gather business requirements through workshops and interviews
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
- Implement solutions and ensure alignment with best practices
- Document configurations, user guides, and training materials
- Provide post‑implementation support and user training
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years ServiceNow implementation experience
- Design, configure and customize ServiceNow SOM module
- Experience with ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) module
- Integration experience using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Create user stories, process documentation, training materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
