About the role

Risk Management & Compliance (RMC) Business Management & AI Enablement team drives AI adoption and risk oversight across JPMorgan Chase. The associate collaborates with AI Enablement to design workshops, create executive presentations, and support governance of AI initiatives, while also delivering high‑quality business analysis and project coordination for senior leaders. Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, on‑site role with standard office schedule.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver AI adoption workshops and training
• Create high‑quality presentations and reports for executive stakeholders
• Partner with data science and technology teams to scope AI initiatives
• Support governance and reporting of the AI portfolio
• Provide responsive support for ad‑hoc executive requests and project management
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Prior experience in Business Management, Program Management or COO role
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in risk management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
