About the role
FlexPLM team at PTC builds product lifecycle management solutions for the retail domain. The QA Technical Lead drives automation and performance testing, creates and maintains test frameworks, and bridges product management with engineering to ensure high‑quality releases. Pune, India, on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Manage team backlogs and detailed requirements in Agile R&D centers
- Participate in vision, design, and implementation of quality products
- Translate high‑level requirements into actionable test plans
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and performance test cases
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of performance issues and recommend fixes
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to manage dependencies
- Support internal training on new product features
- Continuously upgrade technical and personal skills
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6-8 years enterprise software delivery experience

- Playwright automation
- JMeter performance testing
