Business Analyst I

About the role

Novo Nordisk Global Business Services India seeks a Business Analyst I to drive pharmaceutical pricing and market access insights within the Commercial Insights and Analytics team. Based in Bangalore, this role involves translating complex data into actionable reports for Insulin and Rare Disease therapy areas while managing end-to-end pricing processes. The position is On-site.

What you’ll do

• Provide accurate pricing information and results for Insulin and Rare Disease therapy areas
• Develop and maintain pricing and reimbursement reports including automation and sharing
• Work on price business cases, certificates, and Loss of Exclusivity projects
• Own end-to-end process from price validation to system record updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and execute strategic pricing projects
• Evaluate pharmaceutical pricing data using quantitative skills to generate business-relevant reports
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously adapting to tight deadlines and shifting priorities

What you’ll bring

• 4–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with focus on pricing and market access
• Master's degree in quantitative/management discipline from well-recognised institute
• Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), or Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic VBA
• Working knowledge of Power BI dashboarding
