Java Fullstack Senior Engineer

About the role

Iris Software is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for its Noida office. The role designs and builds scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, leading component development and performance optimization. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of modules, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers, working onsite in Noida with a hybrid collaboration model.

• Design and develop scalable Java/Angular enterprise applications
• Lead development of reusable Angular components and state management
• Optimize performance via caching, async processing, and JVM tuning
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned modules
• Conduct code reviews and enforce security and coding standards
• Mentor junior developers on best practices
