About the role

Iris Software – Enterprise Solutions team builds scalable, mission‑critical applications for financial services, healthcare, and logistics. As a Senior Java Fullstack Engineer you will design and develop enterprise Java and Angular solutions, lead component and API architecture, and mentor junior developers. Noida, UP, India – on‑site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop Java/Spring Boot backend services
• Create reusable Angular components and state management
• Define API contracts and integration strategies
• Optimize performance via caching, async processing, and JVM tuning
• Lead code reviews and enforce security and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Mentor junior developers on best practices
