About the role

Business Execution team at Wells Fargo drives operational excellence across transaction processing. The Associate Manager supervises a team to ensure timely, compliant execution of business processes, leads risk mitigation, and mentors staff while managing resources and strategic initiatives. Hyderabad, On-site, hybrid schedule as needed.

What you’ll do

• Supervise transactional task team ensuring quality and compliance
• Plan and integrate operational initiatives, resolve impasses
• Identify improvement opportunities and guide strategy
• Mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity
• Allocate people and financial resources efficiently
• Mentor direct reports and assist in hiring
• Collaborate with Business Execution colleagues on change initiatives
• Interact with external parties to optimize business operations

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• 1+ years leadership experience

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience with payment testing, ACH, wire transfers, and real‑time payments
