About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Business Execution Associate in Bengaluru to plan and execute programs while monitoring key performance indicators. The role involves reviewing initiatives for process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and providing direction to junior staff. This full-time position operates on-site in India.

What you’ll do

• Participate in planning and executing programs, services, and initiatives
• Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management
• Review basic initiatives including policy changes and process improvements
• Identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities through regular reviews
• Exercise independent judgement under leader direction
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional partners
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
• Adhere to risk and compliance obligations and policies

What you’ll bring

• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Foundational AI literacy including understanding and application of AI tools
• Ability to leverage AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot
• Critical thinking to interpret AI outputs and validate insights
• Awareness of ethical considerations and data privacy in AI use
• Commitment to adaptability and continuous learning
