AI Security Lead

The AI Security Lead conducts advanced technical research, designs adversarial testing methodologies, and builds security testing pipelines to protect AI models and deployments. Bangalore, on-site, 5-9 years experience required, senior level.

What you’ll do

• Conduct structured adversarial testing and vulnerability analysis on AI models and pipelines
• Develop evaluation strategies, attack simulations, and test cases for model robustness
• Analyze model outputs to detect poisoning, evasion, and extraction attempts
• Design and implement guardrails, safety filters, and validation controls
• Build and maintain security testing scripts and automation pipelines
• Document findings and produce technical reports for security reviews
• Collaborate with engineering, Responsible AI, cybersecurity, and data science teams
• Validate security posture of models prior to deployment

What you’ll bring

• 5-9 years experience in AI security or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python for security evaluation scripts
• Knowledge of adversarial ML techniques such as evasion, poisoning, extraction, inversion
• Familiarity with adversarial testing frameworks (e.g., TextAttack, IBM ART, PyRIT)
• Experience with red‑team testing for LLMs, RAG, multimodal AI systems
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps workflows and CI/CD integration
