Delivery Operations Team Lead

About the role

Finance Operations vertical at Accenture, responsible for the end‑to‑end Record to Report cycle including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations and reporting. The Team Lead drives accurate financial outcomes by collecting operational data, performing analysis, and ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and SOX controls. Based in Gurugram, India, on‑site role with occasional rotational shifts.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and resolve complex general ledger and reporting issues
• Create and post standard and non‑standard journal entries
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure SOX sign‑off
• Support period‑end and year‑end close activities
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation runs
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting packs
• Collaborate with controllership, FP&A, auditors and internal stakeholders
• Manage small teams or work efforts as needed

What you’ll bring

• 7-11 years experience
• BCom or MCom degree
• ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud Financials)
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
• Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and fixed assets
