Oracle SCM-Manufacturing Senior Functional Analyst

About the role

Sopra Steria seeks a Senior Functional Analyst in Noida to lead Oracle SCM manufacturing implementations. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring modules like BOM, WIP, and Inventory for clients. This full-time position requires strong client-facing skills and domain expertise.

What you’ll do

• Gather detailed business requirements and map them to Oracle solutions
• Perform standard solution design, gap analysis, and proof of concept
• Configure, test, train users, and manage change for Oracle modules
• Conduct CRP, UAT, and data conversion activities
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate data, and understand table structures
• Liaise with Oracle regarding service requests
• Create functional design specifications and process maps
• Provide ongoing support and configuration for manufacturing modules

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Apps
• At least one end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or support project
• Subject matter expert in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with BOM, WIP, Quality, INV, Costing, MRP, and ASCP
• Manufacturing domain and client-facing experience

Nice to have

• Implementation experience including requirement gathering, design, gap analysis, and UAT
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience liaising with Oracle on service requests
