About the role

Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud SCM Functional – Manufacturing is a senior consulting role focused on delivering end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations. The consultant manages mid‑to‑large client engagements, guiding teams through requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, go‑live, and post‑production support. They collaborate with clients to optimize supply chain processes, resolve integration challenges, and provide strategic technology advice. Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership skills are essential, as is expertise in Oracle Manufacturing and related SCM modules. The role requires a proven track record of multiple successful implementations, the ability to lead workshops and pilots, and a commitment to client satisfaction. The consultant also supports vendor negotiations, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll do

• Lead complex consulting projects

• Refine and document requirements
• Resolve implementation obstacles
• Analyze systems and data for enhancements
• Develop UAT scripts
• Coordinate UAT with clients
• Work with Oracle on service requests
• Lead system lifecycle phases
• Prepare for go‑live and cut‑over
• Provide post‑production support
• Develop long‑term client strategies
• Act as primary client contact
• Communicate progress and challenges
• Negotiate vendor contracts
• Offer ongoing technical support
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years Oracle Functional consulting
• 3+ years Oracle Cloud implementation experience
• Manufacturing module expertise
• Experience with Inventory, Cost, Order, Procurement modules
• Strong consulting and business analysis skills
• Fit‑gap analysis and functional configuration
• Testing and UAT coordination
• Team leadership and project management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Willingness to travel
