About the role

Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Analyst II in Bangalore to develop Tableau dashboards and SQL solutions for clinical data management. The role involves analyzing Case Report Forms, managing discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity for clinical trials. This is an on-site position requiring 5-7 years of experience.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize clinical trial data
  • Create, manage, and optimize SQL databases and queries for clinical trial data
  • Analyze study requirements, CRFs, and protocol information for accurate data capture
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support
  • Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for data management processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly

What you’ll bring

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
  • 5-years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in clinical or healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for data visualization
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and programming

Nice to have

  • Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with clinical trial data and regulatory requirements
  • Certification in data management or related fields
